Resumen:
Through the implementation of the participation of significant adults on the ways they can participate in the educational process of their children, through workshops and school commitments, to accompany the teaching-learning process of their children or relatives, They developed the pedagogical strategies, which was carried out by the teacher of the Transition degree at the Porvenir San Pedro campus of the Maracaibo Rural Educational Institution (IERM), consisting of activities of collective reflection and accompaniment among students, teachers and parents. Four workshops of family interest were held and school and socialization of the regulations regarding rights and duties included in the Code of Childhood and Adolescence of the country, it was investigated how to integrate parents, mothers or guardians of children in the teaching-learning processes to strengthen the integral development of their sons and daughters. At the end of the intervention, excellent results were obtained since the children improved significantly in their autonomy, independence, safety, in decision-making, social, academic, and attitudinal skills, among others; that allowed concluding that by implementing effective and efficient strategies that motivate, the accompaniment and bonding of parents, mothers or guardians can help children to acquire skills, skills and aptitudes that allow them to successfully achieve their educational process.
