Planificación predial participativa de ganaderos en el municipio de Patía, Cauca.

Abstract

En el municipio de Patía, departamento del Cauca, se llevó a cabo la práctica profesional con el objetivo de apoyar la Planificación Predial Participativa de los ganaderos que forman parte del Comité de Ganaderos del Cauca. Para realizar este trabajo, se contó con la colaboración de los ganaderos de ASOGAPA y COAGROUSUARIOS, quienes proporcionaron información relevante sobre el estado actual de sus unidades productivas. Inicialmente, se realizó la caracterización de cada predio ganadero, teniendo en cuenta aspectos como la identificación general del productor, del predio y su ubicación georreferenciada. Para llevar a cabo esta caracterización, se utilizó la herramienta de Planificación Predial Participativa (PPP). A través de encuestas semiestructuradas y recorridos en campo, se recopilo información que permitió realizar un diagnóstico de las unidades productivas. Además, se evaluaron tres tipos de indicadores de sostenibilidad: ambientales, socioeconómicos y productivos, con el fin de analizar el sistema productivo actual. Con toda la información obtenida en campo, se generó una matriz en la cual se resumen los indicadores mencionados anteriormente con lo cual se realizó un análisis descriptivo de los componentes caracterizados. Por último, se analizó la información recopilada para desarrollar una propuesta de mejoramiento basada en aquellos indicadores con menor calificación. En esta fase de análisis, se tuvo en cuenta que las actividades a mejorar deben ser factibles y realizables dentro de los plazos establecidos por los productores.

In the municipality of Patía, department of Cauca, the professional practice was carried out with the aim of supporting the Participatory Property Planning of the ranchers that are part of the Cauca Ranchers Committee. To carry out this work, we had the collaboration of ASOGAPA and COAGROUSUARIOS farmers, who provided relevant information on the current status of their production units. Initially, the characterization of each livestock farm was carried out, taking into account aspects such as the general identification of the producer, the farm and its georeferenced location. To carry out this characterization, the Participatory Property Planning (PPP) tool was extracted. Through semi-structured surveys and field trips, information was collected that allowed a diagnosis of the productive units. In addition, three types of sustainability indicators were evaluated: environmental, socioeconomic and productive, in order to analyze the current productive system. With all the information obtained in the field, a matrix will be presented in which the indicators mentioned above are summarized, with which a descriptive analysis of the characterized components was carried out. Finally, the information collected was analyzed to develop an improvement proposal based on those indicators with the lowest qualification. In this phase of analysis, it was taken into account that the activities to be improved must be feasible and achievable within the deadlines established by the producers.
