Reincidencia juvenil en conductas delictivas : Un acercamiento comprensivo al problema en el instituto de formación Toribio Maya

Abstract

La investigación titulada: Reincidencia juvenil en conductas delictivas. Un acercamiento comprensivo al problema en el Instituto de Formación Toribio Maya se desarrolla en la Ciudad de Popayán Cauca y tiene el propósito de comprender como las relaciones sociales de los jóvenes, el consumo de SPA y la escolarización influyen en la reincidencia juvenil, para ello, la investigación se desarrolla en dos momentos bajo la metodología cualitativa, y con el método de teoría fundada. Mediante el micro análisis de los datos emergen tres categorías fundamentales denominadas: Procesos relacionales: entre el riesgo y la protección, el sujeto en condición juvenil mediado por el consumo y el delito e institucionalización formal y reeducativa. La primera de ella presenta como las relaciones familiares, entre pares y con sus parejas sentimentales se convierten bien sea en factores protectores o de riesgo, la segunda categoría establece una relación directa e indirecta entre el delito y el consumo pero a su vez, permite entender los tránsitos de los jóvenes y el significado que le otorgan a la calle, al barrio y la esquina, y por último se teoriza como la escuela como institución educadora, y la institución reeducadora en si misma se convierten también en posibles factores que favorecen el fenómeno de la reincidencia juvenil.

The research entitled: Juvenile recidivism in criminal behavior. A comprehensive approach to the problem in the Toribio Maya Training Institute is developed in the city of Popayán Cauca and aims to understand how the social relations of young people, the consumption of SPA and schooling influence juvenile recidivism, for this, the investigation is developed in two moments under the qualitative methodology in social investigation, and the method of theory founded or founded. Through the micro analysis of the data, three fundamental categories emerge: Relational processes: between risk and protection, the subject in a juvenile condition mediated by consumption and the crime of formal institutionalization and reeducation. The first of them presents how family relationships, between peers and with their romantic partners become either protective or risk factors, the second category establishes a direct and indirect relationship between crime and consumption, but at the same time, allows understanding the transits of young people and the meaning they give to the street, to the neighborhood and the corner, and finally it is theorized as the school as an educating institution, and the reeducation institution itself also become possible factors that favor the phenomenon of juvenile recidivism.
