Diseño e implementación de una red de sensores inalámbricos para las condiciones ambientales físicas de un ambiente de trabajo industrial

Abstract

Antecedentes: En Colombia se prevé por la seguridad y salud de los trabajadores, por medio de la legislación se establece que se deben realizar mediciones de las condiciones ambientales físicas del ambiente laboral, sin embargo, las mediciones se realizan mediante muestreos de forma esporádica y los datos obtenidos son muestras aleatorias que no caracterizan adecuadamente las condiciones del ambiente laboral; razón por la cual se considera importante poder adquirir los datos de las variables físicas ambientales del ambiente laboral de forma continua, disponible y accesible desde cualquier lugar.

Objetivos: - Identificar las variables físicas susceptibles de monitoreo en un ambiente industrial. - Diseñar una red WSN para la recolección de datos de las variables físicas identificadas en un ambiente industrial. - Implementar y evaluar el comportamiento de la WSN diseñada, en la recolección de datos en un ambiente industrial.

Métodos: Se realizó una caracterización del problema, posteriormente se procedió a la identificación de las variables que serán monitoreadas, se realizó visitas a la empresa con el fin de identificar el entorno físico y los requerimientos del sistema de monitoreo para el planteamiento del diseño. Se presentó el plan de pruebas, la selección de dispositivos, la configuración de los equipos y el sistema web, con lo que se obtuvieron los resultados del plan de pruebas, finalmente se implementó y evaluó el comportamiento de la red.

Background: Colombia foreseen for the safety and health of the workers, through the legislation which established that must be take measurements of the physical environmental conditions of the work, however, measurements are made by sporadically sampling and the data obtained are randomly samples that do not adequately characterize the conditions of the work environment; this is why is important to be able to acquire the data of the environmental physical variables continuously, and this data can be available and accessible from any place. Aims: - Identify the physical variables to be monitoring in an industrial environment. - Design a WSN network to the data acquisition of the physical variables identified in an industrial environment. - Implement and evaluate the behavior of the WSN designed, in the data acquisition of an industrial environment. Methods: A characterization of the problem was carried out, the variables to be monitored were identified, visits were made to the company to identify the physical environment and the requirements of the monitoring system for the design approach. The test plan, the selection of devices, the configuration of the equipment and the web system were presented, with which the results of the test plan were obtained, finally the behavior of the network was implemented and evaluated.
