La incidencia de las organizaciones sociales en la actividad política del municipio de Jambaló - Cauca 1988-2007

Abstract

Este trabajo está encaminado a dar cuenta de cómo los movimientos sociales alternativos tienen incidencia en la actividad política del municipio de Jambaló cauca abordando desde la historia de su conformación como resguardo Indígena hasta el establecimiento de un poder local de corte alternativo condicionado por orientaciones étnicas; en un período de estudio plagado por distintas reformas políticas que transfiguraron a Colombia y le proporcionaron reconocimiento al poder municipal. Desde 1988 hasta el 2007 son evidentes las distintas transformaciones que han surgido en el seno del Estado Colombiano y que no solo han cambiado la economía, el mapa electoral y el quehacer político; sino que han ampliado los imaginarios políticos de las distintas comunidades.

This work is aimed at the account of how alternative social movements have an impact on the political activity of the municipality of Jambaló Cauca addressing from the history of their establishment as lndigenous reservation until the establishment of a local power with an alternative tendency conditioned by ethnic orientation; in a period of study plagued by various political reforms that transformed this interest to the country and provided her appreciation to the municipal power. From 1988 until 2007 are evident the various transformations that have arisen within the Colombian State and that have not only changed the economy, the electoral map and the political work; but that have expanded the political imaginaries of the various communities.
