Memoria histórica de las agendas y acciones sociopolíticas de la Asociación de Expendedores de Leche Cruda de Popayán, 2006 – 2011

Abstract

La historia como componente educativo y estructural de la sociedad, ha procurado desde el inicio de la humanidad narrar la vida y obra de los dominadores, aquellos que, bajo la ocupación de la violencia, matrona del capitalismo, se han impuesto en la sociedad dejando entonces a los dominados, oprimidos o simplemente vencidos con su historia escondida en la penumbra. Este es pues el caso de los movimientos sociales que se han gestado en Colombia en donde la comunidad que se ha unido, trabajado y realizado cambios gubernamentales, no cuenta más que con la oralidad para la construcción holística de su historia. Bajo esta situación y las condiciones de desconocimiento que genera se ha propuesto estudiar analíticamente las prácticas organizativas de la Asociación de Expendedores de Leche Cruda de Popayán –Asexlecp- como contribución a la configuración de la memoria histórica de sus agendas y acciones socio/políticas frente a la política de regulación de su actividad económica informal desde el año 2006 al 2011, para lo cual se hizo necesario la utilización del enfoque de investigación cualitativo, teniendo en cuenta la recolección de experiencias. Como resultados esenciales se entiende que la construcción de memoria histórica es un proceso que en ASEXLECP se ha producido en torno a las luchas sociales que buscaban esencialmente preservar su derecho al trabajo, no obstante, por conservarse de manera oral y en el conocimiento de los participantes de la asociación, esta se tergiversa con los años y en ocasiones se pierde. Es así como se reconoce la necesidad de la educación popular para fomentar procesos cognitivos que conserven los saberes a través de diálogo abierto de cara a luchas sociales posteriores. Cabe acotar que algunos elementos marxistas son parte fundamental del desarrollo de la comunidad asociada y generan en ese mismo sentido importantes bases de crítica social.

History as an educational and structural component of society, has sought from the beginning of humanity to narrate the life and work of the rulers, those who under the occupation of violence, matron of capitalism, have imposed themselves in society, leaving then to the dominated, oppressed or simply defeated with their history hidden in the gloom, this is the case of the social movements that have been gestated in Colombia where the community that has united, worked and made governmental changes, have nothing but the orality for the holistic construction of its history, under this situation and the conditions of ignorance that it generates, it has been proposed to analyze analytically the organizational practices of the Association of Raw Milk Distributors of Popayan -Asexlecp-, as a contribution to the configuration of memory historical of their agendas and socio / political actions against the policy of regulating their economic activity Informal mica from 2006 to 2011, for which it became necessary to occupy the qualitative research approach, taking into account the collection of experiences. As essential results it is understood that the construction of historical memory is a process that in ASEXLECP has occurred around the social struggles that essentially sought to preserve their right to work, however, to be preserved orally and in the knowledge of the participants of the association, this is transverse with the years and sometimes it is lost, it is so that the need of the popular education is recognized to foment cognitive processes that conserve the knowledge, with the occupation of an open dialogue, and prepare in the same sense to the participants for later social struggles. It should be noted that Marxist knowledge is a fundamental part of the development of the associated community and generate in that same sense social criticism that is well structured.
