Diagnóstico del proceso de revestimiento de rodillos industriales en la empresa TECAME S.A

Abstract

El presente trabajo expone lo realizado en el diagnóstico y la documentación del proceso de revestimiento de rodillos industriales, a partir del modelado de procesos utilizando las metodologías BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) y el estándar ANSI/ISA-88, que permitió, en primera instancia la documentación y estandarización del proceso de revestimiento de rodillos industriales, importante para mantener la calidad que se requiere en todos los procesos de la empresa. En una segunda instancia, permitió detectar falencias en la línea de producción mediante el estándar ISA-88 y en el flujo de información mediante la herramienta BPMN obteniendo la información pertinente y precisa para sugerir cambios que aseguren el funcionamiento integral de las dependencias de la empresa TECAME S.A.

This work exposes what was done in the diagnosis and documentation of the industrial roll coating process, from the process modeling using the BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) methodologies and the ANSI/ISA-88 standard, which allowed, in the first instance, the documentation and standardization of the industrial roll coating process, important to maintain the quality required in all the processes of the company. In a second instance, it allowed to detect flaws in the production line by means of the ISA-88 standard and in the flow of information by means of the BPMN tool, obtaining the pertinent and precise information to suggest changes that assure the integral operation of the dependencies of the TECAME S.A. company.
