Fortalecimiento de capacidades productivas en sistemas agropecuarios de Cañutico, Catoto y Portugal de Suarez Cauca

Abstract

Teniendo en cuenta la baja cobertura de asistencia técnica agropecuaria en el corregimiento de Asnazu y la importancia que tiene este proceso en la economía familiar y soberanía alimentaria, este trabajo se realizó con el objetivo de fortalecer la capacidad productiva de 20 unidades agropecuarias, para el mejoramiento de la seguridad y soberanía alimentaria de los beneficiarios del macro proyecto “Acompañamiento técnico y administrativo en la implementación de acuerdos tempranos en el consejo comunitario de Asnazu” en las veredas Cañutico, Portugal y Catoto en el municipio de Suarez, departamento del Cauca, a través del cumplimiento de los objetivos específicos: Caracterizar 20 unidades productivas en las veredas antes mencionadas, recuperar las prácticas y saberes tradicionales agropecuarios mediante la identificación de semillas nativas y labores culturales |plasmado en un calendario de labores agropecuarias y prestar acompañamiento y asistencia técnica en las líneas productivas: café 1 beneficiario, plátano 1 beneficiario, caña 2 beneficiarios, hortalizas 1 beneficiario, gallinas ponedoras 5 beneficiarios y piscicultura 10 beneficiarios. Como resultado de este trabajo se obtuvo la caracterización social de 20 beneficiarios y sus familias, se realizó rescate de semillas nativas mediante el acompañamiento en la construcción de huertas caseras, elaboración de abonos orgánicos y biopreparados y acompañamiento técnico en las diferentes líneas productivas.

Taking into account the low coverage of agricultural technical assistance in the Asnazu district and the importance of this process in the family economy and food sovereignty, this work was carried out with the objective of strengthening the productive capacity of 20 agricultural units, for the improvement of food security and sovereignty of the beneficiaries of the macro project "Technical and administrative support in the implementation of early agreements in the community council of Asnazu" in the villages of Cañutico, Portugal and Catoto in the municipality of Suarez, department of Cauca, through the fulfillment of the specific objectives: Characterize 20 productive units in the aforementioned villages, recover the traditional agricultural practices and knowledge through the identification of native seeds and cultural labors |plasmado in a calendar of agricultural labors and provide accompaniment and technical assistance in the productive lines: coffee, banana, sugar cane, vegetables, laying hens and fish farming. As a result of this work, the social characterization of 20 beneficiaries and their families was obtained, native seeds were rescued through accompaniment in the construction of home gardens, preparation of organic fertilizers and biopreparations, and technical accompaniment in the different production lines.
