Diseño de un modelo de infraestructura para un complejo panelero sostenible en la vereda Rosario – Cajibío – Cauca

Abstract

Propone la elaboración de una propuesta de proyecto modelo y lineamientos de planificación para la construcción de una infraestructura de complejo panelero sustentable en el municipio de Cajibío Cauca, proyecto planteado como respuesta a la necesidad de mejorar el estado de las infraestructuras paneleras. El problema involucrado con el trabajo de profundización, plantea que para el buen funcionamiento del sistema que produce la panela, se cuenta con espacios físicos inadecuados relacionados con deficiencias constructivas, de diseño arquitectónico y estructural. afectando negativamente el confort de los trabajadores en las paneleras. Adicionalmente estas instalaciones presentan diferentes patologías que afectan las estructuras debido al ambiente en el que se encuentran la zona en la vereda El Rosario, Municipio de Cajibío- Cauca. El objetivo principal será analizar las patologías, proyectar los lineamientos constructivos y elaborar el diseño estructural y arquitectónico para un prototipo de un Complejo Panelero que podrá dar solución a los problemas de espacialidad y confort. Para llegar a este objetivo se realizarán estudio en terrero, con la ayuda de fichas técnicas con las cuales se dará un análisis de datos que lleven a recolectar suficiente información para realizar un correcto diseño de las distintas zonas en conflicto. Teniendo como resultado el diseño de un modelo estructural y arquitectónico de un complejo panelero asequible para los pobladores de la zona.

The main objective will be to analyze the pathologies, project the construction guidelines and elaborate the structural and architectural design for a prototype of a sugarcane Complex that will be able to solve the problems of spatiality and comfort. To reach this objective, field analyzes will be carried out, with the help of technical sheets with which an analysis of data will be given that will lead to the collection of sufficient information to carry out a correct design of the different conflict zones. Resulting in the design of a structural and architectural model of an affordable sugarcane complex for the inhabitants of the area.
