Responsabilidad social empresarial

Abstract

El siguiente documento pretende promover e impulsar la práctica de la responsabilidad social empresarial en las IPS públicas de primer nivel del Departamento del Cauca hacia el fortalecimiento de competencias que sean factibles en el ámbito de la comunidad, empleados, medio ambiente, bienes y servicios, proveedores y gobierno. Para ello implementaremos entrevistas grupales como instrumento cualitativo de recolección de información que permitan determinar el nivel de conocimiento y aplicación del tema expuesto. Posteriormente se dará a conocer conceptos sólidos y a su vez significativos que generen impacto en dichas instituciones.

The following document tries to promote and to impel the practice of the enterprise social responsibility in the public IPS of first level of the Department of the Cauca towards the fortification of competitions that are feasible in the scope of the community, employees, environment, goods and services, suppliers and government. For it we will implement group interviews like qualitative instrument of information harvesting that allow to determine the level of knowledge and application of the set out subject. Later one will occur to know solid and as well significant concepts that they generate impact in these institutions.
