Pasantía como auxiliar de residente de obra civil en la construcción del conjunto residencial Milán Club House

Abstract

En este proyecto se encontrará el compilado de una experiencia significativa que logro hacer que la estudiante pudiese encontrar en esta vivencia un gran cúmulo de aprendizaje necesario que tan solo sería posible gracias a la existencia de esta pasantía, lo que se pretende con este trabajo es denotar la labor que se ha desarrollado durante este tiempo con el único fin de que sea posible comprender los niveles a los cuales lleva este día a día dentro de un entorno laboral, en otras palabras, evidenciar todo lo aprendido en el periodo de universidad y asimismo, poder explicar cómo este intervalo de tiempo pudo enseñar al estudiante lo necesario para complementar su formación. Por otro lado, cabe resaltar que esta pasantía desenvuelve en sí misma al estudiante dentro de un ambiente que será su hábitat natural y con el cual deberá interactuar diariamente para conseguir hacer las cosas de forma distinta y de este modo, poder encontrar en ello un sitio de entrenamiento y refuerzo de habilidades y permitir al discente entender qué es lo que desea conseguir con su trabajo y proyección, incluso marcando su sendero, es decir, creando posibilidades entablando relación con aquellas personas que se encontrará en su diario vivir, en conclusión este trabajo pretende mostrar los beneficios de convivir en un espacio que desafía las habilidades del alumnado.
