Con esta propuesta le apostamos a reconstruir el recorrido histórico del proceso educativo de la Institución Educativa agrícola Alejandro Gómez del corregimiento de Lerma – municipio de Bolívar - Cauca, a partir del año 1988, a través de un ejercicio de memoria colectiva y encuentros intergeneracionales entre los personajes que han sido protagonistas en momentos claves de las últimas tres décadas de vida institucional y la nuevas generaciones que integran la comunidad educativa de la institución, ejercicio que nos permitió sistematizar el proceso organizativo de la comunidad, la articulación entre proceso pedagógico y comunidad, las raíces que dieron origen al colegio, objetivos de la creación, sus dificultades y sus logros. Este ejercicio también nos permitió dar una mirada de algunos aspectos relevantes con el proceso educativo del corregimiento de Lerma antes de 1988. Todo este proceso con el objetivo de recuperar y fortalecer el sentido de identidad y pertenencia con la institución, de tal manera que los integrantes de la comunidad educativa sientan motivados y comprometidos a reorientar el proceso educativo que en su momento centro sus intereses en recuperar el valor de la vida que se había perdido como consecuencia del fenómeno del narcotráfico. También dejamos evidencia de los alcances que logramos con la ejecución de la investigación y algunas conclusiones generales del trabajo realizado.
With this proposal we aim to reconstruct the historical journey of the educational process of the Alejandro Gómez Agricultural Educational Institution of the Lerma District – Bolívar Municipality, Cauca, starting in 1988, through an exercise in collective memory and intergenerational encounters between the figures who have played a leading role in key moments over the past three decades of institutional life and the new generations that make up the institution's educational community. This exercise allowed us to systematize the community's organizational process, the connection between the pedagogical process and the community, the roots that gave rise to the school, the objectives of its creation, its difficulties, and its achievements. This exercise also allowed us to examine some relevant aspects of the educational process in the Lerma district before 1988. This entire process aimed to recover and strengthen the sense of identity and belonging to the institution, so that members of the educational community feel motivated and committed to reorienting the educational process, which once focused on recovering the value of life that had been lost as a result of drug trafficking. We also provided evidence of the achievements we achieved through the investigation and some general conclusions from the work undertaken.
